My emergency need for a car battery replacement was taken care of by Price's maintenance staff/personnel in a great, fast attentive manner!! Once again, thanks to Price and staff !!!

Every thing good except they could not diagnos why walk away automatic door lock would not work. They told me battery was 30% and that might be the problem. Having new battery installed on tuesday.

I had my routine service done and my car paint has some issues. The service team addressed both issue for with no problem. Th only issue that was weird for me was lack our communication with the service agent. I received a message by text that my truck needed a wheel alignment, but I did not get a car from my service agent to implement this service.

Service was performed satisfactorily. Communication from the Service Advisor was not up to the normal standard. Significant improvement in communication with the customer needs to happen.
