I received 5 star service as always. The 15 % life oil popped on the dashboard. I had a appointment for Thursday 9/11. I Wednesday my usual service writer Nikki was working. I explained that I had a 9/11 memorial service to attend and couldn't make it. She grabbed my keys drove it right. I had a oil change and tire rotation in out in under a hour. 2 thumbs up to Nikki and service crew.
