Curtis was great at answering all our questions and made the process of buying a new vehicle very easy.
I recently brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. While I was there I received excellent service and the turnaround time was very quick. I was extremely satisfied with Preston.
The service at Preston superstore is excellent. All of the people are nice! Paul is very helpful. Thanks so much!!
I made over an hour drive to look at a vehicle and then went home with it. Justin McIltrot was my sales person and was a great person to work with to navigate a trade in and purchasing a vehicle. Justin took the extra time and the extra mile to make the trip worth it. I've purchased a number of vehicles over the years and he was one of the best salesman I've met. It was overall a very good experience between sales and service. Thank you!
They were very nice in taking care of my car. Paul did a great job.
Our salesman Devoghn Smith an the Manager Steve an Susie Dotson were very helpful an smooth. They did everything they said they would do. Thanks so much.
Knowledgeable, friendly Service, very thorough , always do what I asked and communication was great Reminders of items needing serviced or addressed that I may have overlooked All around a great dealership
Justin in sales and Steve the Sales Manager worked with us on trading in our vehicle and purchasing a new GMC Arcadia Denali. I have to say it was one of the smoothest car buying experience we ever had. Though we were a little apart are trade value, they worked quickly to a deal that was satisfying to all. They didn't apply the sales presser and keep you all day trying to get thing there way. Justin was knowledgeable and very helpful in the purchase. Steve was great at finalizing the deal. I would recommend!
Worked with Justin to finance a car. He went above and beyond to find me the a great car that I enjoyed very much. He was very helpful and friendly!
