From the start they were honest and told me it would be a 6-8 month wait for delivery. They kept me updated every step of the way and called me as soon as my car was delivered. Jamie, GM, appraised our trade-in, made a fair offer, explained his rational for the price. the ENTIRE sales process was phenomenal, Roberta had all the contracts completed prior to sitting down.
