I received excellent service from Prestige Volkswagen. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have always received wonderful care. My Service Technician (Kathy) is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Service manager was extremely helpful, especially with pricing. Thank you. Service rep was out sick on "pick up day" and I was told in the afternoon by another rep (who was very nice also) that my car would still not be ready that day. I had to wait another day. I did have additional service however. I just should have been told sooner as I live 1 hour away and have to arrange for a ride.
Attention to customer and car was on point!
