There's a reason I continue to bring my 2010 VW to Prestige VW after all these years -- outstanding service. The customer service advisors and mechanics/techs go the extra mile on your behalf.
Everything went fine. Price for service was reasonable, and done quickly. I was alerted about a couple of things by email that I didn't see for a while as I don't check very often. Text would be a better way of communication.
They did a great job fixing my car and handling my third party car warranty. They where also fast .
