My service advisor Patrick made sure to keep me updated on the status of my vehicle.
The people I dealt with were very attentive and helpful and the sign in process was easy. The cost of new tires including balancing were on high side. The time for servicing was reasonable and when I decided to add new tires the service time was naturally extended and I was offered a loaner car to leave and return.
Dealership clean and comfortable. Did not like that my appointment was at 1030 and was told 1 1/2 - 2 hour wait which turned into 3 + hours.
