Even though I waited 5 hours to get my new 2023 kia soul lx it was all worth it. This is the 2nd new kia we have bought here and I will continue to buy new vehicles from performance kia. Best service ever. Polite and everyone os so nice there.

Everybody was very helpful and explained everything. It all went smoothly. I ended up paying more then I wanted to,though.Shawneece was very attentive and did everything she could to tend to my needs. Good experience,except light on inventory. I wanted a solstice but got a sportage. It's growing on me. The only big compliant I have was the detailing of the vehicle. I was highly disappointed in the way the car was delivered to me.
