I had great service when I was there, also very friendly staff and very knowledgeable.
This dealership was very helpful and worked hard to get me a very in demand car. Buying this car took several weeks of effort, but we were able to make a deal in the end. Scott is doing a fantastic job, and I also appreciated seeing several women car salespeople. I would come back again.
Still waiting on my bench seat. It’s taking longer than we were told it would take. We have a large family and are in desperate need of it in order to make our van an 8 passenger van.
Shawneece was amazing, as was everyone else there. My only issue was how long we were there. It was several hours before we even saw the vehicle.

I called Performance Kia Fred answer the phone. Fred answer all my questions and was very polite and helpful.Talking to Fred was talking to a old friend.I arrived at the dealership Fred was finishing up with another customer! When he was done I went to his desk and we chatted. And we knew a lot of the same people!It was worth the 1hr drive.
Fred went above and beyond to help me find the car I love! He really took the time to weigh all my options, gave his input where it was helpful, and really explained everything so well. I went into this whole car buying experience nervous and not very excited, after having Fred help me out I left very happy, confident, and with a vehicle I LOVE! I would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone looking to buy a car.
Would have like to buy a new Seltos EX but was informed that it would be months. Purchase an LX and you installed remote start. Am getting used to stripped down model Like the way it handles but radio is a piece of crap.
