Performance Kia, specifically working with Nate Searfoss, Billy, Jeremy, and Austin, allowed me to leave as a happy customer (now for the second time). I showed up being open to trading up but wasn’t fully committed as keeping my monthly payment as close to I could was a priority. Everyone at KIA made my experience enjoyable. I made it clear that I was very anxious just walking into a car dealership alone. The staff understood my angst and were extremely sensitive to my feelings. I left with a 2023 Seltos-and I love it!

Nathan was our Sales Rep, and he was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us clearly and answered all of our questions. He was very courteous and considerate and accommodating. Jeremy was equally as courteous and did his best to help negotiate a best price deal for me. He also made signing the many documents less tedious with his humor, which was much appreciated as making a sizeable commitment was a little stressful for me.
