It seems the sales people tell you what you want to hear just to get the sale. We had things I insisted on having and was told yes here’s how it works no problem. Well one year later after spending 37K on the car I find out you have to pay 300 dollars a year for the option I was told came on the car. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

just called my first time to the service department and everyone I talked to was very rude. plus it took 7 calls to finally talk to someone

Joel is the absolute worst service person! He will lie about things wrong with your car just to get you to spend more money! He’s done it on more than one occasion to me!!! And had to call back 3 times after being hung up on!!!!Beware!!!
Kia is a bunch of... so a baring snapped and flew thru my motor. Kia is fixing it cool. So they offered to put me in a rental, well went to go get it. Kia will only pay 35 flat a day. The cheapest car the rental place has is 36. The lady at the rental was nice enough to lower the $1 turns out I was going to be charged $5 a day for tax. Well kias motors are on back order and I found out from someone they have cars there sense January’s. Uhhh so I’m expected to pay $5 a day for who knows how long plus my normal 300 car payme... read more
A 1 because of the car wash! It was like they splashed some water in it to make it look like they washed it! UNBELIEVABLE!
