I’ve never been treated so badly at a car dealership, especially by the floor manager Demetrius who immediately was talking down to me because I was trying to be a smart consumer and save money. His first comment was “I told Patrick (sales guy) a pretty woman is gonna give you trouble”. 🤬My experience with Moritz Kia of Hurst started with them lying and blaming me for things they had screwed up on the car, and ended much the same way. The cherry on the top of their abusive cupcake of misery was the way they left me stranded on the side of the road in 109 degree, direct sun, Texas heat, with a dead battery. A dead battery that they neglected to tell me anything about 15 minutes prior when I picked up the car after they had it for a week. Did you catch that? *UPDATE* I even further do not recommend this dealership. I just got back from the windows being tinted finally. In direct sun, while I was no longer driving and able to look, I noticed every single door had streaks going down them. they didn't clean the inside doors after doing the tint. when I called to let them know, I was told I could go in and have it cleaned. Extremely disappointed with the service I've received from this dealership. I placed an order for a 2022 K5 about a month ago. I was told the wait was about 2-3 months at the time and that ordering one was the best way to get one because they sell before they hit the lot. I'd heard nothing so I had a hunch to check in today, and apparently Kia canceled all K5 orders for the month of May! They now have to be resubmitted as a 2023 K5 order. They have had my car for 2 months now. they don't answer the phones or return messages. we were told it would be 3 weeks for our car to be ready and now here we are 2 months later and "the part is on back order" I have only talked to the clerk since NOONE returns messages, email, etc. they have "lost" my vehicle twice already. Its like pulling teeth to try to get any updates from them! Do not recommend.
