RecommendedTook my daughter’s 2014 Forte in for a recall. The service advisor, Mark Birmingham, found a second open recall while checking us in. Although my appointment was only for the first repair, I got my car back 3 hours later with both recalls addressed, two rear window motors replaced (at my request), and an oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation! Mark is an outstanding service advisor. I’ve worked with many dealerships over the years and he’s definitely one of the best I’ve ever worked with.
RecommendedI had one of the easiest car buying experiences and I he staff was very courteous and professional. I had Scot, with one T, and he was very helpful and easy to speak with. They did not let me leave simply over the price of a vehicle. I bought a used mustang and they helped me as much as they could. Overall a very nice experience, as we all know is very hard to come by when looking at making a large purchase. Definitely recommend them!
Recommended***VICTOR! VICTOR! VICTOR!*** I wanted to get my wife a New Years Sorento, as she was driving a eight year old Koup. I called the dealership trying to find 'the' Sorento for my Wife, after the other Kia dealers just didn't have what we wanted. He asked me what I was looking for/wanted, "yeah, we have it in stock." RecommendedAfter having been given the run around by Clay Cooley in Irving by not only their sales and service department, but the manager as well, I called Moritz and spoke with one of their service advisors about mechanical issues with my Optima. Never have I been so impressed with a service department. I got every answer I had been looking for all day in a span of 10 minutes and they went above and beyond to research warranty questions and recall issues.
