It would be nice if there was a way to get an answer on whether something was covered under warranty. Every number I find to call just rings incessently. Chat or text options are unable to give answers, just take messages which I don't called back on. I hear so much about this awesome warranty but how many of us end up paying for batteries or other things covered because we have a dead car and need it fixed and can't wait for Kia to get around to us, so we give up and pay to get it fixed locally.

I bought car from Louisiana. Staff very friendly, but did not get plates in mail. At Department of Motor Vehicles to find out I owed another $2400 cash in order to get plates. Unfortunately, very painful. Most folks don't have that kind of extra money to pay unexpectedly in an instant to be able to drive car legally.
