Had issue with a used car I bought from here. Called four different times and left messages. Took me a fifth time calling and leaving a not so nice message that someone finally called me back. Was told to bring my car up on a Friday morning and it would be taken care of. Now no one knows what I’m talking about and are being rude to me for wanting scratches that were there when I bought it fixed again. Cause apparently they did not fix them correctly the first time! I JUST CAME BACK FROM THE KIA MORITZ DEALERSHIP AND ALL I CAN SAY IS I AM BEYOND DISGUSTED AND APPALLED BY THE TREATMENT I HAVE RECEIVED. ESPECIALLY BY MR.MARIO MEZA. Have been calling for 2 weeks to get my refund from 2 warranties I bought with my Telluride. They are impossible to get a hold of AFTER you purchase!
I strongly advise against choosing this place. I brought my car in for an engine recall, and while the engine was fixed, they caused damage to my car's bumper. The bumper had some previous repairs, but it was not in the state it was returned to me. The manager, Charlie Field, was unhelpful when I asked for assistance in restoring the bumper to its original state, stating that they could not do anything about it. My family and I have been longtime patrons of Moritz Kia (Hurst, mostly), bought a few cars, routine service, etc. While I can give great marks to the Hurst location in sales and service, I definitely cannot at the Alliance location.
