Extremely poor service experience. The service lane failed to resolve any issues with my vehicle; from replacing a faulty and/or poorly engineered fender cover that came lose, striking my tire and banging beneath my vehicle to trying to convince me a inadequate stitching of a seam is a snag. The gentleman “thought” he could pull something over on a female, but all he did was show his inadequacies. I would prefer not to buy from them again if I can help it. If you do use them, review the numbers for accuracy when finalizing your paperwork.
My wife recently took her car in for service and tried to tell her that she needed over $300 in other maintenance items. When I asked about this service and whether or not the manufacturer recommends this as scheduled maintenance, I got a total BS answer that tiptoed around the question. Then I asked why they would recommend maintenance that is not part of Kia’s recommend intervals, I was told about the need for fuel induction service based on the age of the car and reduced mileage. RecommendedI would Recommend, but on limited basis. Oil changes, rotate tires, they do a good job. However, we took my daughters car in for a noise coming from the cluster panel. I told the service dept, that it sounds like a shorting out wire. They drove it and said they could hear it. My daughter said it’s still making the noise, my daughters fiancé said he hears it. I would leave 0 stars if i could. Took my sedona to them for a recall and some warranty work. First off they said they would have to order a part for the warranty work and it would be at most 4 days it is now week 2 with now phone call. 2nd and most important the recall was to fix the side doors and prevent it from closing on people as I write this my 2 year old son is literally crying in my wife's arms as the door just closed on his hand....good job in that recall kia and moritz. Went for service 2016 KIA Soul. I told service DO NOT ROTATE tires! I will take it to Discount Tire and they would do it. During service of oil change, they showed air filter and cabin air filter to me. Told them I would change them. I went to Discount Tire and I noticed right side front tire was now right side back tire. No need for Discount Tire now, but I trust them 1000% more than Kia 35 North. Went home changed air filter, then cabin filter. Well cover to cabin filter just fell off, took filter out and they being Kia, ... read more
Took an hour and a half to put ONE new tire on my vehicle. And I had to remind them to put the spare tire back where it belongs 😡
