I made appt at wrong dealer and even though the Alliance Service was swamped they still worked me in for my oil change. They also surprised me and did my recalls while I was there so I didn’t have to make another appt! Great job!

Had my car for 10 days. Just to test the window one time and tell me there is nothing wrong. Since then window has got worse. On top of that Mr Lucas was supposed to let me know the following day that my part had arrived. It has been 3 weeks and I have not gotten a single update. I would love to work with anyone else but Mr Lucas
Oil change was completed in a short time. Battery was recommended and replaced.
