One word to describe my experience at Mazda of New Rochelle: PHENOMENAL! I went into the dealership pretty much defeated as this was my first time purchasing a car and my credit left a lot to be desired to say the least. Came here as a last minute decision without having any intention of getting car the same day. We meet Greg as soon as we walked in who was calm and put no pressure on us throughout our entire time there. After the test drive he ran the numbers and was able to get us a great deal and was able to even upgrade the trim for us. This dealership quickly and effectively fixed an electrical issue resulting from an accident. They explained what was wrong and how it would be fixed. They also seamlessly dealt with my insurer. I would definitely bring my cx-5 there again.
