The customer service at this dealership is through the roof. My sister and I were shopping for her first car (we’d already been to a few dealerships prior) & Mazda really went above and beyond for us. They provided a genuine connection & didn’t make us feel like just a sale. The two people we interacted with the most was Henry from Sales & Sandy from finance. One word to describe my experience at Mazda of New Rochelle: PHENOMENAL! I went into the dealership pretty much defeated as this was my first time purchasing a car and my credit left a lot to be desired to say the least. All my apprehension was put at ease as soon as I met Henry who made me feel like family.
