Work performed to satisfaction. Thought check in was too sales pitched. Wanted an oil change and tire rotation and was pushed for milestone checkup and numerous other items despite the vehicle’s excellent service history. Took a little longer than what it should have.

Nothing short of amazing. Charles is a wonderful car salesman and person. He walked me through the car buying process from beginning to end. Explained all the numbers, was transparent and was able to show me what I qualified for in terms of incentives and rebates. Updated us every step of the way when it came to getting the car, an approval and closing the deal. Best part about this experience was not having to sit in a dealership for hours. Charles has gained a client for life .
