The communication about parts and actual problems were surely mutually frustrating but smoothed out successfully by both the service department and the parts department. Resolution done, the timing for repairs was good and inspection recommendations were honest and done well after our approval. Very satisfied.
Repairs on my vehicle were handled well between factory and extended warranty. When a noise appeared on the vehicle afterward it was looked at with no charge and repaired. My car runs great now
