She was very polite and spoke with me in a civilized manner of which was appreciated
Matthew did such a good job of communicating with me. He was patient and did an awesome job. The used car sales manager Charles was rude when confronted with the problem and less than helpful. Once Matthew got hold of the car it was so easy and convenient.
Excellent work from all involved! Service was quick and courteous, would recommended to other Volkswagen customers.
My experience was great in that what I was looking for was achieved. Left excited!
