Spur of the moment got a new car. great experience. I love the no stress or pressure from the salesperson. Everyone is genuinely friendly and goes out of their way to make you comfortable. This is my 4th lease from Lakeland VW. Very happy with my experience and vehicles. Israel is great at his job.

Good service? Took my VW in for service. Was expecting a little more customer service in regards to pricing and warranty work. ALL online pricing had to be dragged out of the service writer. Misdiagnosed maintenance needed and feel prior work performed before was not up to par. Also feel like they try to oversell. Definitely will not be back.
I had a great experience! Gary was great They were very helpful. Gary was the guy who worked with me. He would keep me update on what was going on. He got me my rental and got everything covered under my warranty. Great service would definitely go back

Best car buying experience Ever!! We unexpectedly needed to replace our vehicle purchased @ Lakeland VW in 2016. We returned to LVW because our first experience was so great. Again, Trey Chapman and Jared as well as ALL staff @ LVW made our purchase quick, painless and actually enjoyable. Would also like to thank parts/service persons who did a very quick and excellent window trim install before leaving. Friendly & Professional Staff It was a pleasure dealing w/ Corey & Jared. Both were courteous as well as enthusiastic VW ambassadors. Corey continued post-sale to answers questions & trouble-shoot any further issues w/ an accessible demeanor.
Recall While they worked on the recall, gave ride to my destination and finished in a timely manner. The vehicle was washed and clean once the recall was completed
