Awesome service The service we received was amazing. Hiram made sure that the entire process went smoothly. He even came in on his normal day of to accommodate our time.
Pricing The car I wanted was mixed up with another the prices didn’t jive . They didn’t stick with the price or offer options for me to feel content.

The whole experience is acceptable Everything was great.the service was on point I was greeted upon arrival and offered drinks and snacks. Shown where to be seated cause I waited on my car. Service on done in a timely manner the only thing was they left service Light on I called went back and they fixed it.
So happy with my new car Everyone from the beginning was very friendly, especially Bradley. The day I decided to buy my car he went above and beyond by driving my friend and me to my job so I could print the documents I needed. He was never pushy nor irritating, very cordial and fun to deal with. Same thing with Jared. We went over options in order for me to find what was best in terms of finances and for future references.
Passenger outter cv boot Repair was done quickly and correct. Nice place and great people! I will surely recommend people I know to this dealership for service or a vehicle.

Great Service!! My wife had an issue with her 2014 VW Jetta while driving around downtown Lakeland. While negotiating a corner, a red oil light turned on and started to blink. She was not sure what had happened, but after researching the issue in the manual, she discovered that the oil pan might have enough in it. Always great. Well, I’ve written the same review in different words at least five times. I love the dealership and everyone that works in it. If you treat them with respect, the payback always comes back threefold. I think people who are obnoxious jerks get exactly what they deserve want to going to a place of business.
