Great Experience From start to finish, my car buying experience was excellent. Mr. Israel Gerena was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. He had us out of the dealership in under 3 hours. I would definitely return to this dealership and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to contact and work with Mr. Gerena. Mr. Riddle was also professional and expedient as it related to the finance portion of our visit. 10/10 service from both professionals.

Great service all-aroud. we bought a Jetta From Lakeland Volkswagen last year. We took the Jetta in for the year service, and we saw a new Tiguan in the showroom. We talked about we could use a little more room, My wife saw David Shepherd, who we bought the Jetta through, out on the lot. So I went to ask him about the Tigaun. New Car I absolutely loved my experience here, the workers were great and went out of their way to make sure I was extremely happy. Mr. Mendez helped me in so may ways I appreciate him and the love he has for his job. He offered to come in on his day off to make sure I could sign the papers for my new car.
Jonathan was great! Jonathan was great, although the service took more than expected, they took care of me and gave me a loaner car. I’m very satisfied with the customer service. I’m coming back again!
Great service. Lyndsy got us right in and they found the problem ASAP. They fixed it right the first time and we were on our way. We our from Portland Maine and our Routan had a check engine light. They had to special order the part and the warranty covered the part. So a special thanks to Lyndsy B.
Water pump leak Was advised of a leaking waterpump/ gasket. A new one was installed and I was on my way in a short period of time! I also had a new set of wipers installed during my service.
