Informative, friendly, promptly I will definitely bring my car back for more check ups after my past visit. Lindsey was so friendly and made the experience quick and painless. She explained all our questions and gave us options on what we should tackle first. If my past experiences would have been this great it wouldn’t have taken me so long to come back! Amazing customer service! My wife and I had a great experience at Lakeland VW. We couldn't decide which model we wanted initially, so we went back a few times and drove a bunch of new and used vehicles before buying a 2019 Golf. Brad was so helpful and patient throughout the entire process, and we never once felt pressured to buy. Online purchase of a used car Both Israel and Larry were easy to deal with. There was not a lot of "selling" that took place. The dealership had the exact car I had been looking for and I made up my mind to buy the car before I even saw it in person. Nonetheless, they took the time to answer all my questions and expedited the whole process.

The seller was very professional and respectful. I am most likely giving the 5 stars to sales representant that helped me. He didn't especulate whether or not I was there to buy a car, but he offered me a very respectful treatment, so when I took my decision I went back to him for my new car. Buying a car is always a very overwhelming process for me, but this time it went totally different.
