Honest and fare. They were fair with us and would send .my friends to buy their too. We traded an old F150 and received a fare trad-in value.
Purchase of 2017 Beetle Visited the dealership to look at a 2017 Beetle convertible. Not the exact color my wife was wanting but decided that she was ok with color of white silver. Dave Shepherd was good to work with and the transaction was pretty much seamless since we paid cash for vehicle. Dave had a couple of spots repaired without hassle.
Oil change The service advisor Lyndsey was very friendly and knowledgeable. The service time for an oil change was more than I expected (over 2 hours) but at least there was coffee.
2019 Atlas We had a great experience purchasing here with salesman Corey! He worked hard to get us exactly what we wanted and in our budget. Obsessed with our new 2019 Atlas! It had all the add ons we were looking for inside and out and drives like an absolute dream. 10/10 recommend!
Amazing as Always Even though I live in Seminole County, I always drive to Lakeland for any of my VW needs. Dave always helps me make the best decision. My lease was almost up and he presented all of my options to help me decide what would be the bets choice financially and for security. Walked away with a brand new Jetta for only slightly more than what I would have paid to buy out my lease. These guys are always amazing, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. 10/10 would recommend.
