Amazing Experience Have been here twice now. Once for Service on my 2014 Jetta, and then back again a few weeks later to purchase a newer model of my car. Both the Service and Sales departments are awesome, no complaints whatsoever. On all sides they communicate clearly and effectively, and they are friendly too. Nice Experience Buying New Tiguan My wife and I worked with Trey Chapman with the purchase of our 2019 Tiguan SE. He was very knowledgeable about the features of the car and a very personable guy. Battery Feel the battery should have been covered under warranty. Less than 3 years old. Vehicle purchased August 2016. Currently has 43000 miles. Never knew of a battery to be tied to mileage just length of time

Fair price, quick paperwork, friendly Everyone was friendly, price was fair, sales guy was awesome, finance guy was prepared with the paperwork and explained every piece. We were in and out in less than 2 hours and that included the test drive.
