Fast action and great communication! Service manager knew what to do when I explained that my ECP light came on. A service tech was able to run a diagnosis on the Bug right away and pin point the problem.
Amazing customer service! Lakeland Volkswagon provided an amazing dealership experience. I liked the fact that I did not feel pressured and everyone at the dealership worked together as a team. Bradley and Jared were great to work with trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new one. I was in and out within 3 hours (test drive, trading in the old vehicle, purchasing the new vehicle, detailing the new vehicle, etc). Certified Pre-Owned service. I had a few issues with my VW Jetta that I had bought as a used CPO vehicle from this dealer about a year earlier. The car had been very reliable but had some odd and annoying road noises.
