Quick and easy process I came in looking for a new car and was under a crunch for time. Israel and the team at Volkswagen of Lakeland got me in and out as quickly as possible. I would definitely do business with them again.
Came in for a repair I was heading to Tampa FL they let me stop by, took less than 30 mins and they were ordering the parts. They had me in and out very quickly which is unusual for most dealerships service center. It's an hour away from home but they treat you like a customer and not like a wallet. I did purchase my CPO GTI from here as well which was extremely painless and quick.
Good experience The fact that Lakeland VW was the only dealer in FL that was advertising a discount off MSRP for the Golf R is what brought us in the door. The fact that the rest of the deal was relatively painless was a bonus.
Buying a car The whole experience was awesome! Corey went out of his way to find me a great car, Jared made financing a breeze. I would defiantly recommend the dealership.

Easy Going, No Pressure, very helpful. Lakeland Volkswagen was a very laid backed, easy and comfortable staff. Everyone was polite. They made car buying simple. 2015 VW Passat TDI I drove to Lakeland VW today it was over an hour away from my house to purchase a certified pre-owned 2015 Passat TDI. I am glad I did. This was absolutely the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had in my life. Everybody was very friendly.
