Great Experience After visiting several other dealerships, we came here to see a vehicle we found on Autotrader. Michelle kept us updated on when the vehicle was expected to be received in to inventory, and we immediately made plans to visit. Trey welcomed us and was amazing through the whole process. Great experience! No pressure, no haggling! Great customer service. Just a little wait on the finance section, but once we got into the finance office, it was a very smooth process!

New Beetle-worked with Sales, Finance and Service I’m a VW Beetle fan and wanted to make sure I purchased a new one this year, since this is the last year it will be produced. Everyone I came in contact with and worked with were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I worked with Dave and Trey in Sales, Jared in Finance and Lindsay in service.
Communication about service We apparently misunderstood the man from the service department who gave us the quote. In addition to the tire sensor he said there was also a possible emissions issue. He gave us the quote and we were of the understanding it would have been looked into right then. We went went to pay, we were told that we would have to bring it back in when they had more time to check into it. We had this car at Maus VW a couple of months ago.
