The purchase of the vehicle was very simple and pleasant. Having said that, vehicle had a problem with the hand-free mic. I spent more than 5 hours waiting to be fix and they were unable to do it. I will have to go back and leave the new vehicle for day so they can check and find out what is going on.
Katlyn Oldham have the best customer service! ! The service was completed on time. Highly recommend this VW. The best part was that they drive you home and pick up! That helped me a lot.
When I arrived at the service department. I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me. He took me anyway even though they were busy that day. They finished my car later that day. They took me to and from work which is VERY convenient.

I have been a faithful and happy customer of Lakeland VW for many years. Every one from the receptionists to the sales and service staff. I've purchased three VWs from this dealership and always return because of my trusting their service and honesty.
Very nice respectful service technician, took my tire order over the phone and gave me a prompt appointment. The service rep was on point gave me his business card and took care of me. I also got to speak to mechanic supervisor who was very nice. A little pricey for my tire issue but excellent experience at the dealer. I may also add while looking at the cars I wasnt harassed or bothered any salesman at the dealership which is a plus. Iam definitely considering purchasing a car at lake land very soon.
Great guys at Lakeland VW. You could tell they work well as a team and care about the customer experience. Hiram was a genuine salesman and made the experience enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a VW and want a little touch of Southern Hospitality you should go see them for your next purchase.
