AMAZING PERSONNEL AND SERVICE I have had VERY poor service at a different dealership and thought it was the standard. I was completely wrong! I've had nothing g but positive experiences and felt the personnel really cared about the car and a positive outcome. I really felt like they cared about.me and went out of their way to make sure everything was handled.
Best car buying experience I purchased a 2019 jetta and Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. After going to several dealerships in the Tampa area and felt their sales teams were pushy and disingenuous. Brad was the complete opposite and had me in my new car in no time. The entire team was all around good to go. I have and will continue to recommend Brad to anyone I know who is looking for a new car.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else this is the dealership you need Hiram and Jared you guys are awesome. Hiram you always go out of your way to make things work for my Wife and I. We live all the way by Orlando International Airport which is like 1 hour and 10 mins away but Lakeland is our home dealership. Thank you for getting us into our Brand new 2018 Atlas we Love it!
Easiest car shopping experience! Buying a GTI from this dealership was by far the easiest car shopping experience I’ve had. No b.s. and they don’t lie as compared to some other other dealers I had contacted for the exact same car. If I were to buy another Volkswagen it would be from Lakeland Volkswagen
