Amazing as Always Even though I live in Seminole County, I always drive to Lakeland for any of my VW needs. Dave always helps me make the best decision. My lease was almost up and he presented all of my options to help me decide what would be the bets choice financially and for security. Walked away with a brand new Jetta for only slightly more than what I would have paid to buy out my lease. These guys are always amazing, from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. 10/10 would recommend.

Informative, friendly, promptly I will definitely bring my car back for more check ups after my past visit. Lindsey was so friendly and made the experience quick and painless. She explained all our questions and gave us options on what we should tackle first. If my past experiences would have been this great it wouldn’t have taken me so long to come back! Amazing customer service! My wife and I had a great experience at Lakeland VW. We couldn't decide which model we wanted initially, so we went back a few times and drove a bunch of new and used vehicles before buying a 2019 Golf. Online purchase of a used car Both Israel and Larry were easy to deal with. There was not a lot of "selling" that took place. The dealership had the exact car I had been looking for and I made up my mind to buy the car before I even saw it in person. Nonetheless, they took the time to answer all my questions and expedited the whole process.
