very satisfied (expect for the price) We are very please with the service, expect for price of the wheel alignment. Called other VW dealers in Orlando area by far your price was the most costly. Their prices ranged $129.99-229.00, will consider that the next time we have to have service. Ron

My service experience Had to wait at least 30 minutes to speak with someone, even through I had an appointment. Then, another long wait waiting for diagnostics,for which I was charged two separate charges due to one issue not covered by warranty.
