Courteous staff and fast services accept taking a little longer for an appointment to get the vehicle for services. They take time to explain what needs to be done on vehicle and do inform the status of the repairs…
After completing oil change, no one came to let me know of any services that was needed. The vehicle was ready to go. I asked about A/C filter, they had it checked at that moment. Didn't know if air filter was checked. I assumed this was part of service with oil change. I was satisfied I had to inquire about this.
Matt worked hard in troubleshooting the issue with my car. Once identified, he had a loaner car available for me as he knew I visited patients in their homes.
I have always received very good service at this location. The staff is Very friendly.
Jeff was incredibly helpful and patient in explaining things to me. I wouldn’t hesitate having my car serviced here again.
