The service advisor Jeff Perard is such a good professional. The short staff that day was a little bothersome but his multitasking skills made things smooth.
Everyone in the dealership was helpful and friendly. We worked with Michelle to decide whether to buy out the lease on the current car, to extend the lease, lease a new Tiquon or lease it, or get on a list for a new ID-4. Michelle helped us make a wise informed decision.

Lakeland VW is one of the best VW I have. Been to there service department has awesome customer service. Jeff the service advisor was awesome took in my 2020 Tiguan in for a routine oil change found out I had some others problems that needed to be fix he ordered the parts and they were in my the following week. Will definitely continue to take my VW into VW of Lakeland
