Katlyn is an ANGEL. I loved speaking with her and she was so sweet even when there was a wait. I’m not sure who worked on my car, I’m not having any issues, but they left grease on every surface in my car. I had to wipe down the entire inside of my car on the drivers side because everything was black and tacky from grease. I understand mechanics get greasy but getting that grease all over the inside of someone else’s car is honestly just lazy. All it takes is for you to wash your hands.

I like the dealership but I purchased 2 new tires the did not replace the valve stem cap. After the money spent you would think would they would come with the tires
Service was excellent. Caitlyn was a fantastic service representative. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. It was very easy to check in. The facility was clean and customer friendly. My only negative comments are, as it was my first yearly check up, why did take 3 hours for an oil change.
The service at the Lakeland Volkswagen is extremely good extremely good they always take care of my issues and problems I'm very pleased to take my vehicles to them.....
Completed recall on right front door harness. Drove me home and picked me up after car wash.
Oil change was done in a timely manner and my car was clean when I got it back. Very pleased with the service.
