RecommendedI just got a used Rogue and there was a recall on the vehicle. Mike Riley was very personable and helpful and offered the $5 oil change, which I accepted. He also suggested a couple of minor items, but didn't pressure me to do it. Overall, my experience was excellent and Mike was very professional. Thank you. I would recommend.
This service department is the best! I drive out of my way to come to them. We live closer to Universal Nissan but this service department is leaps and bounds better. They are incredibly honest and don't try to scam you into service you don't need. I purchased my last two Nissans from Universal but the service department at Jenkins has sold me on this dealership. I look forward to buying my next Nissan (next month) at Jenkins!
Bought my first ever brand new car yesterday and Albert and Jeff where so much help. I would recommend anyone to go see Albert, he spent almost the whole day with us trying to find and get the perfect car to fit my husbands and i needs.
This is my second car that I've purchasing from them and I am pleased. Adam and Mario were very thorough, up front with me, generous, and very courteous. They make car buying a breeze!! Left with the car I wanted and was on cloud 9! Today I came up to the dealership to sigh a form and right away I was greeted by a guy name Fred. Took care of what I needed and even filled my tank with gas!! Love my car and love Jenkins Nissan. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

I have read some good reviews and then unfortunately I have read some pretty bad reviews. Our experience was great. Finance was a little rough. (Please tell me why we spend so much on a vehicle to have to now purchase Gap & Warranty Insurance? I have yet to figure that one out, really come on really! I don't know about you but it sure does smell like a rat. If the consumer is going to spend so much on a car shouldn't the maker stand behind the product without added expense if it breaks?)
