RecommendedAs a buyer, it has been a wonderful experience from purchase to service. But the actions of a few employees with an upset customer recently 2/19/2017 have me questioning whether or not I will purchase my next Nissan there. Immature actions of a few affecting the entire dealership.
This was one of the best auto purchases that I have experienced. I have purchased quite a few automobiles over the past 30 years from various auto manufacturers. Camille, our sales rep, was great. She was very pleasant, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Chris, the finance manager was basically the same. He took his time and explained everything in detail and worked with us with OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend Jenkins Nissan to others.
Hands-down, the fairest, quickest, and most straightforward car buying experience I have ever had. Our salesperson Camille was so personable and answered every question we threw her way. Our internet sales coordinator Johnna contacted us quickly after our initial inquiry and flawlessly coordinated our visit from out of town. Just purchased my first new vehicle from Jenkins Nissan and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. James Bearden was my sales guy and he went above and beyond to get me into the truck that I wanted. Along with being very helpful he was also very personable and easy to work with. I will be sending everyone I know looking for a new vehicle his way.
