I just got a used Rogue and there was a recall on the vehicle. Mike Riley was very personable and helpful and offered the $5 oil change, which I accepted. He also suggested a couple of minor items, but didn't pressure me to do it. Overall, my experience was excellent and Mike was very professional. Thank you. I would recommend.
This service department is the best! I drive out of my way to come to them. We live closer to Universal Nissan but this service department is leaps and bounds better. They are incredibly honest and don't try to scam you into service you don't need. I purchased my last two Nissans from Universal but the service department at Jenkins has sold me on this dealership. I look forward to buying my next Nissan (next month) at Jenkins!
Bought my first ever brand new car yesterday and Albert and Jeff where so much help. I would recommend anyone to go see Albert, he spent almost the whole day with us trying to find and get the perfect car to fit my husbands and i needs.
