Quality service, pricing is high, waiting room is comfortable with free snacks. Service took a bit longer than quoted, but, was kept up to date on a regular basis.

The service department is good and people are very friendly. My negative comment would be that it takes way too long for basic services. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation with having an appointment is ridiculously long.
