Arturo is great to deal with. He always gets me in for oil changes when I need them and he lets me know if there is anything else that my Jeep needs done. It would be nice to get coupons in the mail like I have seen before.

I had to wait for 2hours for a 5 minute job. You guys were not that busy. I will probably go somewhere else for work on my van. You can not even change my oil because you won’t drive my van without the the driver seat.

The only problem I had is that we were informed that the only extra fee was the dealer fee at $899. After we drove 1.5 hours one way, we learned that the "certification fee" was another $995, which was a total surprise. Through previous email, texts and calls, this was never told to me. Had we not driven so far, we likely would have walked out at that point.
