Houston motors is a great dealer, the people there are all great! Arturo Chavez is very professional and a great customer service person, he listens to your concern and gets it done. The technical team is very knowledgeable and do great work. Parts department has a great team there too. I recommend this dealership to anyone ☆☆☆☆☆

We needed to replace battery in our motorhome. They had the correct battery in stock and could get us scheduled with no delay. The waiting room is always nice and has drinks and snacks. They always treat us nice and we feel appreciated. Would Definately recommend Wells Dodge!

I needed to bring my Jeep in for a warranty repair. Less than 30k miles and all four shocks were leaking badly. Awful! Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate a day without my vehicle (difficult, as my work requires a vehicle to drive me around the state). Dropped the Jeep off the night prior so it would be available to work on at the start of the day. Technician required extra time in an attempt to resolve my Town & Country check engine light. Resolution was a $6000.00 fix. I was charged $375.00 to find this out. Said no thanks and followed a friends advise and saw a exhaust specialist in Sebring who correctly diagnosed the problem and the repair with the part, including the diagnosis was $178.00 total. Huston Chrysler reimbursed me the $178.00 which I felt was fair because of the mis diagnosis.
