I’ve had a lot of recalls on my 2016 eco-diesel. Everything’s been done exceptionally well I have had no problems with the repair parts.

This is the only dealership we go to although we did have some issues they owned up to the fact that they did minor damage to my van and fixed it. I have great respect for them on doing that. Will for sure go back for all our van needs.

Service was great. I had actually bought the parts for my rear differential before consulting the service department, and when they got my truck on the rack they called and told me I had bought the wrong parts. They swapped out for the correct parts and credited back the wrong pieces I had bought. Very honest service department in my opinion, regarding today's the leading opinion that dealers overcharge and under promise. I would be happy to take my truck back there.

Everyone was great. Great service. Courteous knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped with everything. Each person there was helpful and it didn't take long. They picked up the truck and picked us up to get the truck.

Houston motors is a great dealer, the people there are all great! Arturo Chavez is very professional and a great customer service person, he listens to your concern and gets it done. I needed to bring my Jeep in for a warranty repair. Less than 30k miles and all four shocks were leaking badly. Awful! Rearranged my work schedule to accommodate a day without my vehicle (difficult, as my work requires a vehicle to drive me around the state). Dropped the Jeep off the night prior so it would be available to work on at the start of the day.
