Everything went smoothly. While I waited they kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. All were courteous and polite. Very nice.

The service staff at Houston Jeep, especially the service manager where exceptional in their service to fix my jeep there compassion and understanding of the situation was beyond explanation. Maddie was very courteous and kept me informed on the progress of the oil change and my tire rotation. It was nice to have the Grand Cherokee washed. I asked her if there any other items that needed to be addressed (Filters, etc) and she said not at this time,
