Went in for an oil change told him I had a couple of problems. They did a check on it and I needed a software update which they performed.

We had a problem with a used car we purchased at Huston automotive. They took car in for repairs, and arranged for a loaner vehicle for us. They went out of their way to take care of us. We ended up buying a different car there and are very happy with it. It was a bit stressful, however the dealership, mitigated most of the stress by their caring staff.
