Service was great. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I was in and out after about 5 hours for a replacement of a DEF pump. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the astronomical cost. I have been a mechanic most of my life and usually do my own work. I often check the prices of things before I get service. I didn't this time because I had a trip coming up, towing a 5th wheel, and didn't and being in strange town I didn't have time to seek out other solutions except taking it to a dealer.
