It was hard to get through to the service dept on the phone. Once I got through , all went well.

I went to have my batery checked. They found out it was about to die and they replaced it based on my waranty for free.
I was impressed with the service representative that handled my service. She was very knowledgeable and very through with explaining what was being done and why
