Good service and courteous staff
Prompt service. Solid inspection report.
I was thrilled with Frontenac Honda because it took less time than they quoted me, it cost less than my April quote and they washed the car. The waiting room was very clean and the people were all very nice.
Very helpful, honest and friendly service
All went well although car was not washed as they usually are when serviced.
The service was fine, duration not so much. I brought my car in for an oil change only. I was told it would be an hour, possibly 90 minutes. I was waiting and after the two hour mark I asked them to check on my car. They were "just finishing up". After another 30 minutes, it was finally ready. Not clear why it took so long just for an oil change, if I had known I would have rescheduled. In fairness, they gave me $15 off, but still, jiffy lube would have been faster.
These people always take great care of me!
Had problem with wheel noise after tire rotation. Service got on it an fixed problem.
